How "Box Breaks" Work: A Simple Guide

If you’re new to the hobby, a Box Break is basically a way to get cards from expensive boxes without buying the whole thing yourself. You just buy a "slot" or a team!There are two common ways (or formats) that we usually do:Pick Your Team (PYT):
- The Price: Each team has a different price based on how many possible "hits" or stars they have (e.g., the Spurs might be expensive because of Wemby, while other teams are much cheaper).
- The Process: You simply comment the specific team you want. Once the list is full and everyone has paid, we go Live on FB.
- The Result: You get every card pulled for the specific team you paid for.
_{Why choose PYT? If you are a die-hard fan of one team or only want a specific rookie, this guarantees you get that team.}Team Random (TR):
- The Price: Every slot costs the same amount depending on the boxes.
- The Process: You simply comment in our main post. The FIRST 30 COMMENTS will receive the 30 slots (1 comment = 1 slot; Reply to comment not counted). Once all slots are filled and everyone has paid, we'll proceed to randomize the slots to determine the your team. (via online randomizer)
-The Result: If your slot lands on the Lakers after the randomization, you get every Lakers card pulled from that box!
